Dr. Tracie L. Vestal D.D.S

Dr. Vestal was born in Oak Ridge, NC (near Greensboro). She received her Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors in Chemistry from UNC-Chapel Hill in May 1996. Received Doctorate of Dental Surgery from UNC-Chapel Hill in May 2000. Then she received her Master of Business Administration from UNC-W in May 2005. She is married to Rodney Long. They live in Elizabethtown with their four children, Cooper, Sydney, Hunter, and Anna Grace. They also have three cats and 3 Lab dogs. In her time off, she enjoys attending her church, where she sings in the choir and volunteers with the youth of the church; she enjoys basketball-both playing and watching UNC Tar Heels, crafts, cycling, boating, and good times with friends.

Amy E. Merritt, DA/ Office Manager

I have worked in the dental field since 1998 as a dental assistant. I became Dr. Vestal’s office manager in 2006. I regularly attend local and national dental meetings to assist our patients with their dental care. I will be the person assisting you with appointments and helping with your financial needs. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three kids. One of the greatest rewards of my job is building relationships with our patients and helping them to achieve and maintain excellent dental health. It is very rewarding knowing that our patients leave our office with quality dental work.

Jessica Hill, RDH

I am a Bladen County native that found a love for dentistry while just in high school. I began my career at the age of sixteen and is still enjoying every minute. I graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College and have been practicing dental hygiene for six years. My favorite thing about being a hygienist, other than offering oral health needs, is building relationships with patients. During my free time, I most enjoy spending as much time as possible with her dog-child, Axel, and my family and friends. The beach is my happy place, and travel is one of my favorite things.

Heather Register, CDA

I attended FTCC. I am a Bladen county native and joined Dr. Vestal’s wonderful staff in June 2011. My husband is Clay Register, and together we have a son, Cameron, who is full of energy. I enjoy spending time with my family & friends. I am a die-hard NC State Fan. Go Pack.

Terri Byrd, CDA

I am from Sampson county and live in Clinton, NC. I am married to Jeff Byrd, and we have a daughter, Rachel who is the apple of our eye. We have a lot of cats and one dog. I love my church family and volunteering for life at my church and Sampson county relay. My family are true NC State Fans, love our family, and spending time together.
